Quadro

Four-in-one ODT. May help with desire and erectile response in a single tablet.

Inside the protocol

Quadro

At a glance

  • Four complementary actives in one round orally disintegrating tablet: sildenafil, tadalafil, PT-141, and L-citrulline
  • Sildenafil supports a faster erectile response; tadalafil stays active longer so you are not timing a single moment
  • L-citrulline supports nitric oxide and blood flow. It is not what drives fast onset — it supports the vascular response the other two produce
  • PT-141 acts on desire in the brain, independent of blood flow
  • Prescribed by a US-licensed physician after an online health review

What it is

Quadro is a compounded four-in-one orally disintegrating tablet. Instead of managing sildenafil, tadalafil, PT-141, and L-citrulline as four separate prescriptions, they are prepared together by a licensed US compounding pharmacy. Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra®; tadalafil is the active ingredient in Cialis®; PT-141 (bremelanotide) is the molecule behind Vyleesi®, used here off-label. L-citrulline is an amino acid that supports the body's own nitric oxide production. Dosing is set by your physician, not printed on this page, because the combination is individualized after a health review.

How it works

Erectile response and desire are not the same problem. Sildenafil and tadalafil both support blood flow when you are sexually stimulated: sildenafil is the faster-acting of the two, tadalafil lasts longer. L-citrulline helps the body make nitric oxide, which is part of how blood vessels relax — it is support for that pathway, not a fast-onset agent on its own. PT-141 sits outside that circuit. It acts in the brain to support arousal independent of blood flow, which is why it can matter when the issue is interest rather than mechanics. The round tablet dissolves in the mouth rather than being swallowed whole. Your physician confirms whether this combination is appropriate after reviewing your history and medications.

What to expect

Use as directed by your physician, typically ahead of intimacy. Because this is a combination rather than a single generic pill, response and timing vary more than with sildenafil or tadalafil alone. Give it a few uses at the prescribed dose before judging it, and tell your physician honestly what did and did not change — desire, rigidity, duration, side effects. That is how the protocol gets adjusted.

Side effects and who it's not for

You can see effects from any of the four actives. Sildenafil and tadalafil commonly cause headache, flushing, stuffy nose, or indigestion; tadalafil can also cause back or muscle aches. PT-141 commonly causes nausea, and can raise blood pressure slightly after a dose. Never combine sildenafil or tadalafil with nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide, or "poppers") — that combination can drop blood pressure dangerously. Quadro is not for people with uncontrolled high blood pressure or known cardiovascular disease that your physician has not cleared. Tell your physician about heart conditions, blood pressure medication, and anything else you take. That is what the review is for.

FAQ

Why not just take sildenafil or tadalafil on their own?

You can, and many men should. Those pills fix blood flow. Quadro is for men who want faster onset and a longer window in one tablet, plus support for desire. If mechanics are the only issue, start with sildenafil or tadalafil. If desire is part of it, this combination exists so you are not juggling four products.

Does L-citrulline make it work faster?

No. Fast onset comes from sildenafil. L-citrulline supports nitric oxide and blood flow so that vascular response has more to work with. It is complementary, not the onset drug.

Will this help if I do not feel like it?

That is what PT-141 is in the tablet for: arousal independent of blood flow. It will not override low testosterone or a relationship problem, and it does not work for everyone. If desire is the main issue, your physician may also want labs. That sorting is the point of the review.

Why an orally disintegrating tablet?

It dissolves in the mouth instead of being swallowed whole. Some men prefer that to a conventional pill. Your physician will still tell you how to take it.

Does insurance cover this?

No. In our telehealth setup, insurance coverage is unfortunately not possible, so you pay for your treatment directly, with the physician review included.
