How payment works
Every FABER treatment requires a prescription from a licensed clinician. When you check out, an authorization hold is placed on your card for the order amount. This is not a charge. You may see it as a pending amount on your statement, but no money leaves your account at this stage.
Your card is only charged once a clinician has prescribed your treatment and your order is sent to the pharmacy. If clinical review takes longer than your bank keeps the hold in place (usually around seven days), the hold lapses and your card on file is charged at the time your treatment is prescribed instead. By placing an order you authorize this charge.
If you are not prescribed
If a clinician decides your treatment is not appropriate, or we cannot fulfil your order in your state, your card is never charged. The authorization hold is released and the pending amount drops off your statement within a few days, depending on your bank. Because nothing was charged, there is no refund to process.
Cancelling before review
You can cancel at any time before a clinician has reviewed your order by emailing [email protected]. The hold is released in the same way.
Once your treatment is prescribed
From the moment a clinician prescribes your treatment, the sale is final. A prescription has been issued and prescription medications cannot be returned for reuse or resale, so we are unable to accept returns.
Errors in your order
If you believe we made an error in filling your prescription, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it.
