When your order ships
Every FABER treatment requires approval by a licensed clinician before anything ships. You complete a short health questionnaire first, then check out. A clinician then reviews your questionnaire to confirm you are eligible for the treatment you selected. Your card is not charged until a clinician prescribes your treatment; until then you will only see a pending authorization on your statement.
Once prescribed, your order is prepared and dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and typically ships within 2 to 5 business days. If you are not prescribed, no order ships, your card is never charged, and the authorization hold is released. See our Refund Policy for details.
Discreet packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of the package identifies its contents or FABER.
Delivery
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging where required.
Availability
Clinical review is available in all 50 states. Medication fulfillment depends on pharmacy licensure and may not be available in every state. If we cannot serve your state, we will let you know during review, your card is not charged, and the authorization hold is released.
Shipping within the U.S. only
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
Issues with delivery
If your package is lost, delayed, damaged, or appears to have been compromised, contact [email protected] and we will assess the situation.
